Manuscripts that comply with this plagiarism threshold will proceed to the pre-review stage, where their novelty, usefulness, and contribution to science are assessed.

Manuscripts that do not meet the plagiarism requirements will be rejected. A detailed rejection note will be provided, outlining the reasons for non-compliance. Authors are encouraged to revise and resubmit only if the issues can be addressed effectively.
