Strategi Perencanaan Event Sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Partisipasi dan Kepuasan Peserta

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi perencanaan event dalam meningkatkan partisipasi dan kepuasan peserta. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, melalui telaah berbagai jurnal, buku, dan laporan ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi perencanaan event yang efektif meliputi analisis kebutuhan peserta, perumusan tujuan dan konsep yang jelas, pengelolaan waktu serta sumber daya secara efisien, dan promosi yang inovatif. Keempat aspek tersebut berkontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan partisipasi dan menciptakan kepuasan peserta. Tantangan yang dihadapi antara lain keterbatasan sumber daya, perubahan perilaku peserta, dan koordinasi tim yang belum optimal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perencanaan adaptif dan kolaboratif agar event dapat terlaksana secara efektif dan berkelanjutan.
