Abstrak

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjawab permasalahan mengenai bagaimana Artificial Intelligence (AI) dapat mendukung guru dalam proses perencanaan pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menyusun pemahaman komprehensif tentang peran AI dalam membantu guru merancang tujuan pembelajaran, strategi instruksional, asesmen, serta pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Metode penelitian yang digunakan literature review terhadap 15 jurnal internasional yang membahas pemanfaatan generative AI, learning analytics, intelligent tutoring systems, dan adaptive learning dalam konteks pendidikan. Analisis tematik digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kontribusi, tantangan, dan implikasi pedagogis dari integrasi AI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI mampu meningkatkan kualitas perencanaan pembelajaran dengan memberikan rekomendasi materi, menyusun aktivitas belajar, serta menyediakan data perkembangan siswa secara real-time. AI juga mendukung guru dalam melakukan diferensiasi pembelajaran dan perancangan RPP. Namun, penelitian menegaskan adanya tantangan berupa literasi digital guru, bias algoritmik, privasi data, dan kesiapan infrastruktur. Kesimpulannya, AI memiliki potensi besar sebagai mitra strategis guru dalam merancang pembelajaran yang efektif, personal, dan berbasis bukti.
