This journal, including its title and website, is the property of Permapendis Indonesia, North Sumatra Province. The journal is not owned by any commercial entity and does not act on behalf of any such entity.

Management
1. Publisher: Permapendis Indonesia, North Sumatra Province, provides the publishing platform (Open Journal Systems), DOI registration via Crossref, and technical support, while ensuring the long-term availability of published content.
2. Editorial Team: The Editor-in-Chief and the editorial board, as listed on the Editorial Team page, are responsible for the journal's content and make all publication decisions independently.
3. Editorial Independence: The owner and publisher do not intervene in editorial decisions. Manuscripts are accepted or rejected solely based on the peer-review process and editorial assessment.

Funding
This journal is funded by Permapendis Indonesia, North Sumatra Province. Fees charged to authors are outlined on the Author Fees page; these fees have absolutely no influence on editorial decisions.
